Pharmacy Weight Loss Pershore is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic operating in Pershore, Worcestershire, UK. We provide weight management consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescription and over-the-counter treatments to eligible patients.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our clinical team determines it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Weight loss prescription treatments are typically available to individuals with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a weight-related health condition. Final eligibility is determined by our prescribing pharmacist on a case-by-case basis.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted information by a GPhC-registered pharmacist. A prescription will only be issued if treatment is considered safe and appropriate for you.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. If your request is declined, you will be notified and, where possible, advised on alternative options. Clinical decisions are final and made solely in the interest of patient safety.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in a risk to your health and the termination of your account.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will never take payment for a prescription order without your prior authorisation.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and securely in line with pharmaceutical standards. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation governing the return of dispensed prescription items.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
